Activity:
Sentence restructuring writing.
Students read the smart board animation which showed a sentence in the wrong order. Students needed to put it in right order and write down on their plastic folder.
In this activity, I can see each students' understanding all at the same time. Students who are at a higher level can complete the sentence restructure quickly and can even guide the lower level students. I'm proud of the students that they now have the ability to reorder incorrect sentences and even write them down.

Watched the life cycle of frogs' videos and pictures.
The first four pictures are not frog's eggs. They are different kinds of "pearl milk tea" (the "pearl" is one kinds of tapioca product.). One famous "pearl milk tea" is "Frog eggs" which look like frog eggs. When I showed this to students, they thought I eat real frog eggs. I told them that this is not real frog eggs but tapioca product. They don't really believe me. I really want to make them this drink but because of school policy I cannot bring any home make foods to students.
I want students also to learn Target language culture while we are learning science. This is why I want to show this Taiwanese famous "pearl milk tea" videos and pictures to students.
