We completed Lesson 12-2 Indirect Measurement worksheet today.
Activity:
1- First, 3 students went up to the front at a time and had to rearrange themselves from tallest to shortest. Next, I asked 5 students at a time to do the same.
2- I asked 2 students at a time to hold their arms up to compare who has the longest length of arms. And afterwards, they'll have to say in Mandarin whether or not they have the longer or shorter arms.
3- Compare different objects in the room. They have to vote on which object is longer/shorter.
We completed Lesson 12-2 Indirect Measurement worksheet today.
Activity:

When we used cube to measure length. Many students draw a longer line than the actual length of cube. For example, they draw 1.2 cube of length instead of 1 cube which will cause an incorrect answer of 4 cubes instead of the supposedly 5 cubes length. We will practice more on it tomorrow.
